License Agreement

License Agreement — G2 EMEA

Last updated: April 2025

This License Agreement sets out the terms under which you may use the content published on G2 EMEA. By accessing or using any article, image, data set, or other material from this publication, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the content.

G2 EMEA is a resource for professionals involved in the marketing and branding of residential and mixed-use developments. The insights shared here draw on years of hands-on experience across brand strategy, digital advertising, and sales communication within the property sector. We make this knowledge available to support better conversations, sharper strategies, and more thoughtful project identities across the industry.

1. What the license covers

This agreement applies to:

  • All written articles and editorial commentary.
  • Diagrams, frameworks, and conceptual models.
  • Data visualisations and infographics.
  • Any downloadable resources explicitly marked as free or licensed.

It does not cover third-party trademarks, logos, or images used under separate permissions, nor does it extend to linked external content.

2. Permitted uses

You are welcome to:

  • Read, share, and reference articles for personal education or internal team discussion.
  • Quote short excerpts in your own work, provided you credit G2 EMEA and the author clearly — for example: “Elena Rossi, G2 EMEA”.
  • Link to our content from your own website, newsletter, or social channels without prior permission.
  • Download and use materials that carry an explicit “free to use” notice, for the purposes stated in that notice.

When you reference our work, we ask that you do so in a way that respects the original context and does not misrepresent the findings or the intentions of the author.

3. Restrictions

To protect the integrity of the work and the trust our readers place in it, the following uses are not permitted without prior written agreement:

  • Commercial republication — you may not republish full articles, frameworks, or data sets as part of a paid product, training programme, or client deliverable.
  • Mass redistribution — you may not copy, bundle, or syndicate our content across multiple sites, intranets, or platforms without a distribution license.
  • Derivative works for resale — you may not adapt, translate, or build upon our articles to create a competing resource, whether free or commercial.
  • Misattribution — you may not present G2 EMEA content as your own, nor suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

If your intended use falls outside these permissions, please reach out. We are open to discussing tailored arrangements that benefit both parties while preserving editorial independence.

4. Author rights and moral rights

Elena Rossi retains moral rights over the work published on G2 EMEA. This includes the right to be identified as the author and to object to any distortion or modification that might damage her professional reputation. Even where we grant a license for reuse, the work must remain faithful to the original argument and data.

This matters because the analysis shared here is built on real project experience — often involving substantial investment and long-term client relationships. Misrepresenting that analysis can have genuine consequences for the professionals and projects involved.

5. Content accuracy and liability

The insights and commentary on G2 EMEA reflect the author’s professional perspective at the time of writing. They are intended to inform and stimulate thinking, not to serve as definitive legal, financial, or investment advice.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, the property marketing landscape shifts quickly — tools evolve, platforms change their algorithms, and local regulations diverge across the EMEA region. You should verify any data points or tactical recommendations against your own market conditions before acting on them.

G2 EMEA and its contributors accept no liability for losses arising from the use of information published on this site.

6. Third-party materials

From time to time, we reference case studies, campaign examples, and market data from developers, agencies, and research firms. These references are used in good faith for educational and analytical purposes. All third-party trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

If you believe that material on G2 EMEA infringes your rights, please contact us with a detailed notice, and we will address it promptly.

7. Changes to this agreement

We may update this License Agreement as the publication evolves. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update clearly shown. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
